In January the Dome Technology sales team met for its annual training. These meetings provide a forum for the team to analyze efficiency and identify marketing objectives for the coming year. The group discussed how to work more seamlessly with vendors, how to meet schedules and deliver proposals in a timely way, and how to be more collaborative with customers.
They also enjoyed some wintertime activity with a snowmobile trip to Alpine, Wyoming, USA.
The annual meetings are a good opportunity for the team to identify areas of improvement and ways to be more responsive, sales manager Lane Roberts said. “We need to sharpen our skills to be able to hone in on what the customer needs and be able to provide it,” he said.
